Our Teaching Methodology
Our teaching methodology is 3-fold. We plan, we teach and we increase the effectiveness of the learning.
• We plan: When it comes to instruction. We develop annual student achievement goal, create standards-based unit plans and assessments and create objective-driven lesson plans.
• We Teach: We lead well organized, objective driven lessons and explain content clearly. We engage students in all learning levels in accessible and challenging work. We provide students with multiple ways to move towards mastery and check for student understanding. We respond to student understanding and further it through effective questioning. We maximize instructional time and build a supportive, learning focused classroom community.
• We increase Effectiveness: We assess student progress. We track and analyses student progress data. We improve practice and re-teach in response to data.
